Contemporary dance lessons for teens?

I am seventeen and I am experienced in plenty of ballroom dancing but I would love to dance contemporary. Every where I call here in ft.myers florida, are lessons for young kids! I cannot find ANY begining contemporary lessons for teens! Even when I ask about private lessons they say its only for young children? Help?
Try your local community college; they are likely to have classes.

Well you proably need to start with them because contemporary is a like a long process to get good at. Just keep looking.
