i knew how to split …
i knew how to split before i got pregnant but know is so danm hard to do it..but im practice on that..because of that i had a great body and know i want to get again..XD..and splits help alot..cuz is like yoga

I actually do the leg stretch in this video where u put ur knee down other leg in front. I also do launges and i have the left leg split. i had to stetch alot but it waz worth it!!!

lol it’s ridiculous …
lol it’s ridiculous work… for me as an 18yr old, it took 10 weeks of everyday stretching to get one split down yo. Still working on left and middle.
