These are some of my ideas, but I'm not too sure.

(1) B??
(2) B
(3) C or F or D
(4) A
(5) G
(6) E or C

Once you look it through, it is actually quite confusing - some could fit in more than one place and others don't seem to fit anywhere! Check your question again and talk to your teacher - they should be happy to help if you don't understand. Hope I helped you:-)
References :
3 - C
4 - A
5 - G
6 - E

Which leaves me with D for #1, although I don't think it makes much sense.
References :
I have some trouble with my homework in English. Would you help me, please?
Choose from (A-G) and fill in the gaps (1-6) in the text:
Why exercise?
Exercising is one of the most important ways to keep your body healthy. When you exercise, you strengthen your bones, muscles and heart. You also burn off excess fat (1). People gain weight because they take in more calories through eating and drinking than they burn off through exercise. Calories are units of energy (2) when you consume food. Everyone knows that soccer, basketball and swimming are great ways to stay in shape. But there are plenty of other ways to get active. Be creative and find your own way to (3) There are three aspects to fitness. One is strength, or being able to move, lift, carry, push and pull. Another is endurance that means being able (4) for a good amount of time. Last but not least, comes flexibility. It is the ability to stretch, bend, twist (5) Today many kids don’t get enough exercise. In fact, the average kid spends about three hours each day watching television and another two playing video games or surfing the Internet. Does that sound like you? If it does, it’s time to get up and get moving! Whether you are playing soccer, dancing or challenging your neighbor to a game or tag, you can always find a workout (6).
A. to do these things
B. that you take in
C. have fun and stay fit
D. to run fast for a short distance
E. that is for you
F. to improve your mood
G. and move in all the ways your body can

I'm sure 3-C and 5-G, but I doubt of 1,2,4,6
Six gaps for seven options (one is extra).
Nothing 's missing.
